Using the control cabinet diagnostic device, the information transmitted by the SRF sensors in a sensor chain can be transferred to the machine control via I/O Link. The NFC and USB interfaces can be used for quick commissioning and troubleshooting. 20 different pieces of information are transmitted, for example: actuator detected, incorrect actuator, status of the safety outputs, etc. The diagnostic module also provides 16 PNP outputs that indicate whether the actuator is detected.
