It has a USB interface for recharging the internal battery and an integrated thermogenerator for year-round operation with surplus energy from the heating periods. The bi-directional EnOcean protocol EEP A5-20-01 enables communication, while an integrated temperature controller and flow temperature sensor ensure a precise room temperature.
